Email is best. Tell me what the space is, what equipment is already there if you know, and what it currently refuses to do. Drawings are welcome but not required to start.
L’e-mail est le plus efficace. Dites-moi de quel espace il s’agit, quel matériel est déjà en place si vous le savez, et ce qu’il refuse de faire aujourd’hui. Les plans sont bienvenus mais pas nécessaires pour commencer.
I reply to every enquiry within one working day. If a project is not a fit — wrong platform, wrong timescale, or simply better served by someone local — I will say so and point you somewhere useful.
Je réponds à toute demande sous un jour ouvré. Si un projet ne correspond pas — mauvaise plateforme, délais incompatibles, ou simplement mieux servi par quelqu’un sur place — je le dis et je vous oriente.
