Crestron Service Provider (CSP)
Authorises independent programming of Crestron systems and access to the dealer toolchain, firmware and technical support. Without it, nobody can legitimately touch the code in your rack — which is exactly the situation many orphaned systems are in.

The industry-wide AV credential, independent of any manufacturer. It covers audio, video, networking and the standards work that lets a specification be written to something other than a brand name.
